To secure your project slot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 50% will be paid when the project is completed. Payments will be processed online through invoicing. Invoices are due upon receipt, allowing a 48-hour grace period for payment. In the event of payments made after this grace period, a 15% late fee will be added to the invoice daily.
All deposits are nonrefundable, serving as a way to reserve your spot in my schedule. I typically schedule in advance to allocate the necessary time for each client. By reserving your slot, I may turn away other clients for that time. This policy ensures that clients are committed to moving forward with their project.

The first step of the design process involves an in-depth questionnaire and briefing to ensure a clear understanding of the project's execution. As a result, revisions are usually not necessary! My branding and website packages include two rounds of revisions. However, if you still require further refinements after these two rounds, we'll continue the process at my current hourly rate. The rate will be discussed with you and added to your final bill.
I'd love to assist you right away, but my availability fluctuates throughout the year. To reserve your spot in my schedule, kindly fill out my client application form. I'll then reach out with my earliest availability.
